We identified the Canadian home-computer market to be very large, growing at double digit rates, 80% of the time with internet access, and for the most part under (if not, poorly) serviced. Home-computer users have been frustrated with not knowing where to turn for the kind of professional help they need, when they need it, and on an affordable basis for far too long. EasyTechCare’s mission is to provide all of the support and maintenance necessary for the home-computer environment in the most knowledgeable, sensible, practical, and timely manner.
