Shortly after becoming a member and/or renewing your annual membership, EasyTechCare will schedule a certified A+ computer technician to visit your home to perform your choice of an In-Home Inspection, an In-Home System Optimization or an In-Home Pre-Membership Repair, of your computer (minimum charge $49.95). We will identify opportunities to improve the performance and stability of your computer.
Membership Essentials:
Operating System: Windows 98 or newer
PC System: Intel Pentium/Celeron processor, AMD K6/Athlon/Duron processor, or compatible is recommended. Pentium II (or equivalent) or better is required.
On-line Diagnostic: Cost $19.95 (one time fee)
Membership secures access to up to 4 hours of on-line or telephone technical support covering hardware, operating system, and common software application troubles experienced by home computer users. Internet access is required.
If you have any problems with your computer software or the stability of your computer, we will come to your house and fix it, no matter what. Coverage is limited to 2 home visits to a maximum of $ 200 per year. Easy Plan Three members must be running approved AntiVirus and AntiSpyware software that is scheduled to run at least weekly.
EasyTechCare will come to you to arrange for broken PC hardware to be repaired or replaced at no charge for either parts or labour. Coverage is limited to $500 per year, per computer, and there is a 30 day waiting period from sign up. Covers PC computer (not Apple computers), monitor, keyboard and mouse. Notebooks are subject to a price premium.
In addition, members enjoy discounted pricing on numerous additional services such as hardware repair, home network installations, and hardware or software upgrades. Just contact us and we’ll schedule an appointment to provide you with what you need. In-Home labour rates within GTA are $60/hour ($75 for non-members).
