They will identify opportunities to improve the performance and stability of your computer, and once your computer is running just the way you want, we will be pleased to welcome you as an easyPlan Member. No matter which plan you may have chosen our members enjoy a 20% discount on our published pricing on additional home computer support services that may not be covered by your Membership. In addition, easyTechCare Members are sent email newsletters with critical information, periodic specials on home computer-related products and services, and tips to help make your computing experience more enjoyable. easyPlan Membership Essentials: Operating System: Windows XP or newer PC System: Intel Pentium IV processor, or AMD processor equivalent. We also provide coverage for Mac users with OS X 10.5 or newer. At minimum, Membership secures access to online or telephone technical support covering hardware, operating systems, and common software application troubles experienced by home computer users during business hours (8am-6pm, Monday – Friday and 9am-1pm Saturday). Internet access is required. Subject to the selection you have made other elements such as a hardware guarantee, virus and spyware removal, Smartphone/PDA support and a host of other coverage may apply. easierPlan Membership Essentials: Operating System: Windows XP or newer PC System: Intel Pentium IV processor, or AMD processor equivalent. We also provide coverage for Mac users with OS X 10.5 or newer. Membership secures access to UNLIMITED online or telephone technical support covering hardware, operating systems, and common software application troubles experienced by home computer users during business hours (8am-6pm, Monday – Friday and 9am-1pm Saturday). Internet access is required as well as onsite service in the event we are unable to resolve your issue online. In addition, each member will also benefit from the removal of Viruses or Spyware (a maximum of 2 per year). easyTechCare will arrange for broken PC hardware to be repaired or replaced at no charge for either parts or labour. Coverage is limited to $500 per year, per computer, and there is a 30 day waiting period after sign up. The plan covers the computer, monitors, keyboards, and mice. "Adds, moves and changes" are services not covered in the "easy" or "easier" plans. That is to say, if you purchase new hardware or software this coverage includes our support to install and integrate these new elements into your environment and thus delivers the broadest scope of coverage and Peace of Mind. Add to all this support for your Blackberry™, EBook, Tablet or similar Personal Digital Assistant (PDA). Get help integrating your Blackberry™, EBook, Tablet or similar Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) with your desktop, synch your emails, contact list and calendar. Or, as with the balance of your coverage, simply call with questions or issues and we will be here to help. Moreover, as a member of the easiestPlan, easyTechCare will supply and install a 12 month Antivirus subscription for your computer. Finally, enjoy the benefits of secure online backup of your data (up to 2 GB included-supplemental charges apply for additional data) to a remote site that will give you access to your stored material from any computer with internet access. There are advantages to this approach including protection against physical damage. Should you experience a catastrophe at your home or office you will be able to quickly restore your computer data and be "back in business" in no time. |
