EasyTechCare respects your privacy and values your relationship. Because of our commitment to you, we want to assure you, our members, that your rights to ensure your personal information is kept confidential have been, and will continue to be, protected.

EasyTechCare is committed to upholding all governmental obligations, laws and regulatory requirements. EasyTechCare is committed to following the new privacy regulations as required by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA") and we have taken steps to ensure that all member information is acquired and retained only for opening, setting up and maintaining accounts for EasyTechCare services. Included among these services are on-line and telephone technical support, as well as PC computer repair/replacement coverage. In addition, with your consent, we would use your information only for maintaining your account; processing your annual or monthly payments via credit card; protecting you from identity theft, fraud, misuse and/or authorized access to your account or personal information; share application and transaction information only with employees, and contractors.

We wish to assure you that member information that is provided to EasyTechCare is not shared with anyone other than those who are employed or contracted with EasyTechCare to set up, provision, implement and maintain EasyTechCare services and accounts as stated above. We do not share this information with any other third party for any other purpose. Information obtained is only accessed by those who need to know for the purposes set out herein and is stored in a secure location, both paper and electronically.

After becoming a member, a member that wishes to terminate their services and remove their personal information from our records, can do so, by following any current contractual commitments associated with EasyTechCare Membership Services, and by simply informing us. Member information will only be retained as long is necessary for the effective termination of their services, or as required by any local, provincial or federal authority or regulating body. Thereafter, member information will be removed from our records.

EasyTechCare was founded in 2003 by Michael Beirne who has over 20 years experience in the Technology Business and Maxwell Finestone with 25 years of international experience as an executive in retail marketing and operations with some of the world's best known brands.

We identified the Canadian home-computer market to be very large, growing at double digit rates, 80% of the time with internet access, and for the most part under (if not, poorly) serviced. Home-computer users have been frustrated with not knowing where to turn for the kind of professional help they need, when they need it, and on an affordable basis for far too long. EasyTechCare’s mission is to provide all of the support and maintenance necessary for the home-computer environment in the most knowledgeable, sensible, practical, and timely manner. We will ensure that all of our services resolve current problems as well as aid our customers in avoiding costly mistakes and known potential future threats to the security and stability of their home-computing environment.
